Sometimes the words Centring and grounding are used interchangeably.

Centring usually refers to our mental and physical state of mind. It’s the place we know we have to get back to when we’re not feeling like ourselves, this place is purely mental and it can take the shape or form of elements that we found ourselves most comfortable within.

When we’re not centred, we might feel lost or out of touch with ourselves, and this can affect us in a way that might cloud our intuition or our natural psychic gifts.

When we centre ourselves, we bring calm to our emotions. We do so by slowing down our breathing so that we “feel” more of what’s going on around us, this will help us gain the necessary clarity in order to make wise and sound decisions so that we can march forward on the path to fulfil our Destiny.

Becoming centred is a way to find peace within the chaos that might be surrounding us. It’s about being “in check” with what’s going on.

Individuals who are centred are typically calm and peaceful. When going through the process of Centring, you can rely on your visualisation in order to create the perfect landscape where you can find yourself and try to work from that point, there are no limits to what your visualisation can create, you can summon images from the past, elements that you want to have or even pictures of places that you want to visit, the more you focus on those images the stronger and more realistic they will be.

Within that place, you can let your mind guide you because our subconsciousness knows what we need the most, and thus you will be linked with your higher self and start exploring the world that is within you.

This will help you let go of any unwanted thought, memory or even feeling. It will help you analyse a situation by visualising different situations and aftermath scenarios which will act as stimulation to put you on the right path.

As for Grounding, it is a term used in conjunction with the energy fields around us, they can vary depending on how sensitive you are to the energies of the cosmos and people around you.

Being grounded means that we’re content with who we are. We’re sure of ourselves and have confidence in the decisions we make, we are content with what we accomplished and ready to go another step forward.

Becoming grounded is about getting rid of excessive energy in the body, allowing clean energy to come through, the energies can come in different forms, people, events, feelings, thoughts, and even vibration that are both cosmic and universal.

These two techniques are quite unique, they demand time and efforts so that they can be mastered, however, once you accomplish that you will be like an unstoppable force of nature.

You will be able to reach the state of Zen, a state that allows you to surround yourself with a strong Aura of Harmony and Balance, this Aura will be protecting you and attracting to your life only what is needed.
