Nirvana Light does not permit the use of services by residents from countries, states, or provinces where such services are prohibited by law. You certify that the information given to Nirvana Light on registration is true and complete. Nirvana Light will not be responsible for any false statements made in registration.

Phone Services
United Kingdom
You must be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to call any numbers listed on this site. The service is for over 18’s only, calls are recorded and are for entertainment purposes only. The service provider is InverOak.
Calls to 0906 numbers cost £1.50 per minute plus your network provider’s access charge.
If you are calling to pay by Card, 0207 numbers are charged at the standard network rate. At the end of your pre-paid time you will be able to extend the consultation if you wish. If you would like to end the call at any point, for any reason – please hang up. Please note that extra minutes are charged at £1.75 per minute.
Our reception hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 2:00am, and Saturday & Sunday, 8:00am – 2:00am. If you wish to book a credit card reading outside of reception hours, please make your booking directly via our website, where you can access readers without assistance from reception.
While we always do our best to ensure reception is available during the stated hours, please note that availability may occasionally be subject to change due to operational requirements.

Text message replies to the 78887 service cost £1.50 per message and you will receive a maximum of 3 replies per question. You must be over the age of 18 and have the bill payer’s permission. We will ask you to confirm your name and DOB when you first interact with our service. By sending a message to our service, you are automatically opted in to receive promotional messages. You can opt out of these at any point by sending STOP to 78887.
We cannot answer questions on Health, Pregnancy, Finance or Legal matters. If you do not receive a message response within 24hrs, please send us an email detailing your question and the mobile number used to send the message.
Republic of Ireland
Text message replies to the 57777 service cost £2 each to receive (maximum of 3 replies per question). You must be over the age of 18 and have the bill payer’s permission. We will ask you to confirm your name and DOB when you first interact with our service. By sending a message to our service, you are automatically opted in to receive promotional messages. Email Readings
You will receive your email reading within 72 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays which may take longer. We cannot answer questions on Health, Pregnancy, Legal or Financial matters. All payments are made via debit or credit card.
Web Chat Readings
You must be over 18 to use this service. We want you to have a positive experience so if you are unhappy with your live chat, please end the session and try another Reader. All chat sessions are recorded for your protection. All payments are made via debit or credit card.

Amazon eGift Vouchers
For every booking you make via our telephone booking service or via www.nirvanalight.com, you will earn 3% back in electronic vouchers for you to spend on Amazon.co.uk. Vouchers will be distributed via email monthly, within 7 working days of the prior month end. The minimum voucher value sent will be £5. For customers who have not yet reached the minimum spend, your qualifying spend will be carried forward; qualifying spend will be tracked from 1st January (00:00:01) to 31st December (23:59:59) and will be reset at the end of every calendar year.
Voucher values will be calculated according to the following:
10 mins for £15 = £0.45p
20 mins for £25 = £0.75p
30 mins for £37.50 = £1.13
40 mins for £50 = £1.50
50 mins for £62.50 = £1.87
60 mins for £75 = £2.25
New user offer: 10 mins for £7.50 = £0.22p
Amazon eGift vouchers will be sent to the email address that is on your account and no duplicate vouchers can be sent if the email address is no longer in use. Reduced rate special offers and additional minutes are not eligible to contribute towards qualifying spend, with the exception of the new user offer of 10 minutes for £7.50.
Vouchers will not be issued if you have an outstanding balance on your account.
