The Power Of Your Dreams
Dream messages are like having your own personal therapist on hand as your dreams can help you find the answers to your problems. In ancient times, dreams were considered to be oracles for guidance and were consulted for making important decisions in people’s everyday lives. The Native Americans said that our dreams are about what is going on in our lives and that you need to analyse every aspect of them, then look deeply into them for any insights into what is going on, and then relate these symbolisms to life.
A ‘big dream’ is when you have a dream that is so obvious that you don’t even need to analyse it!
Look for similarities in your dreams, then compare them to your real-life situations, especially if you have got a particular problem or question on your mind. When you are asleep and the brainwave mode, stored memories and information can be accessed from your subconscious mind and brought into your dream life to bring them to your attention, a bit like a filing system, sometimes things can surprise you or appear as an answer.
By incubating a dream, you can ask the universe to send you a dream message before going to sleep. You may find that if something is playing on your mind, then you may have a vivid dream. It will feel very real and over a period of time you may have several similar dreams that seem related in some way to one other. If you are serious and willing to work on interpreting and understanding these dreams, then you may begin to see a pattern emerging and come to some sort of understanding of a problem, or a resolution of some deep-seated issues either from your past or present life. Repetitive dreams are maybe trying to bring your attention to something. These dreams may involve the same people and places. Keeping a dream diary is often an interesting way of giving you valuable insights for problem solving. Record all the details in your diary and think about how the symbols and happenings relate to the things you’ve been thinking about. If you see dream incubation as an experiment, it can be very interesting to see what comes up!
Experiencing a beautiful dream during a difficult period of your life can feel like a welcoming oasis.
You may dream of a lover before they enter your life and it may seem so real that when you do actually meet them it will feel like a very déjà vu experience. You may even have a telepathic connection with your partner, especially if they are your soulmate and they are at a distance.
Loved ones who’ve passed over can often appear in our dreams as a sign to say they are okay and that they are watching over us because it’s a way of connecting with us.
Dreams that are premonitions are very powerful as they can warn you of impending situations and warn you to take care. People have often foreseen world events in their dreams.
